Pretty Good Sex Scenes Teased for ‘Mass Effect: Andromeda,’ Romance Also Drastically Improved [VIDEO]

The “Mass Effect” series had always prided itself with its unique romance elements built right into the game. Now, it seems like the particular element will be drastically improved in the franchise’s upcoming new installment, “Mass Effect: Andromeda.” A new report has also now revealed that players may not just be getting some more quality relationships this time around, but apparently a lot more in quantity as well.

An exchange on Twitter was recently spotted by fans, as reported by Polygon, between “Mass Effect: Andromeda” producer Mike Gamble, and some curious gamers. One fan asked the game’s official Twitter page about who she could “bang” in the upcoming game. Gamble then replied that there was actually a lot and that the “banging” would be “pretty good.”

It was also previously revealed by the game creative director Mac Walters that BioWare would be going to an entirely new direction with the romance elements in the upcoming game. According to Walters, via Game Informer, the team has taken everything they have learned from the past three games and have added several new additions to improve upon it. Walters explained that the relationships in the new game will be more realistic and have different levels of intimacy.

The report reveals that the upcoming romance in the new game will be less formulaic, and players can openly start and end relationships with different characters. Walters explained that some characters will actually just want to hop in the sack, while others are in it for a long-term relationship. It was also revealed that some characters may not be as easy to open up and that it would take more effort to have them let their guards down enough to start a relationship.

Based on the statements from both Walters and Gamble, it would probably be safe to assume that players will be in for a lot of interspecies coitus when the game finally rolls out.

“Mass Effect: Andromeda” is scheduled to be released on March 21 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
